Welcome to Quantum Health & Healing
Founded in 2023, Quantum Health & Healing is a business that is driven by a profound personal journey of healing and discovery. Our mission is simple: to help people heal and to provide the necessary elements required to create a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Quantum Health & Healing is primarily driven by Jeffrey Chomin, the founder and visionary behind our innovative products and services. The inspiration behind Quantum Health & Healing stems from his incredible physical health transformation which has been underway for the past seven years. Since 2018, Jeffrey has dedicated himself to various, (mostly suppressed and negatively propagandized), health protocols, achieving remarkable results that not only healed his physical body but also rejuvenated his mind and spirit throughout the process. This journey, marked by supernatural events and profound discoveries, led to the creation of what Jeff eventually dubbed, "The Quantum Protocol." More on exactly what this is will be coming soon to the information and presentation side of Quantum Health & Healing.
In 2020, after completing Phase One of The Quantum Protocol, Jeffrey began exploring the capabilities of his Spooky2 GeneratorX, the most revolutionary frequency generator on earth. His extensive research and experimentation with these machines and their capabilities, set the foundation for Quantum Health & Healing. Jeffrey’s unwavering commitment to uncovering objective truths and sharing his journey so that others may benefit, has become the cornerstone of our business. The frequency-imprinted holograms grew into what they currently are, as a result of all of the feedback I received when I initially, (and rather reluctantly), decided to try it out and then perform some structured water experiments. After some incredible and undeniable results were repeatedly achieved, it was time to hand them out to as many people as were willing to not only give them a try but to be mindful of and document their experiences. It began with my first batch handed out to my family at a holiday dinner, followed a month later a meeting I had with an international, spiritual group of thirty or so enlightened humans. Their feedback helped me fine-tune each imprint program to be as effective for everyone, as possible. I have not stopped refining the process and will continue to remain up to speed on all of the latest and I am committed to the continuation of my research and innovations for the benefit of The Greatest Good.
Our Mission

Our flagship product, the Structured Water Bottle System, has garnered widespread acclaim for its unique design and effectiveness. Each of our products is meticulously designed and crafted by Jeffrey, leveraging his decades of expertise in computer hardware and software to create truly unique healing solutions which utilize the very advanced capabilities of our Spooky2 GeneratorX systems. These electromagnetic frequency generators were based on the knowledge and teachings of Nicola Tesla and Royal Rife, two people who Jeff has studied extensively throughout the years. Every item we offer is a result of comprehensive experimentation and firsthand experience. Jeffrey’s journey and the creation of "The Quantum Protocol" serve as a living testament to the efficacy of our products.
